      Solution Overview
      Targeting the robot electronic control system, the solution is based on a three-phase full-bridge inverter topology and covers the full chain: power inversion, multi-channel auxiliary power rails, gate drive, main control processing, isolated communication, and sampling/detection. Integrating SGT power MOSFETs, three-phase/half-bridge gate drivers, multiple power ICs, motor-specific MCUs, precision op-amps and isolation optocouplers with low overall power consumption, it achieves precise motor commutation and speed regulation, improving control accuracy and continuous operation stability.
